This stuff allows to add html documentation to the fvwm package shipped
in Slackware current, as last updated on  Wed Nov 28 07:25:32 UTC 2018.

To test, you can either run as root ./fvwm.SlackBuild in the fvwm
directory here, or first apply the provided patch fvwm_add_html_doc.diff
to the genuine source files like this, for instance:
